Annual General Meeting - 2023
​
Sunday, Oct 29 - there was a good turnout for the 2023 AGM, which all members were invited to, convened in the Centennial Pavilion at 1:00 PM. The President, Treasurer, & Directors presented their annual reports & a packed agenda was dealt with efficiently, capped off by the election of the 2024 Executive Committee - see the "EXECUTIVE" web page for the new lineup.

Final Bowling Day for the 2023 Season ...
​
Saturday, Oct 7 - a gorgeous day to wind down our bowling season, as 30 members gave it a final roll, with shorts & sun protection still needed. It's been a great season, & BIG thanks go out to all who helped make it fun, interesting, & well organized. Our volunteers are the very BEST !!
All members are invited to the AGM, Oct 29 at 1:00 PM in the Centennial Pavilion.

Parks & Rec Managers give it a go ...
​
On Monday, Sept 18, a group of 22 Coquitlam Parks & Rec Managers came for a visit & to try our game, most for the very first time. Coaching Director, Gary Clarke, gave the group an overview of the Club & the game of lawn bowling. Several club member volunteers were on hand to provide coaching & mentoring. Everyone enjoyed a fun game with the winners receiving the coveted CLBC WINNING TOWEL - congratulations to all !!
